Reserving Rooms/Labs
Group study rooms and media labs in Pelletier may be reserved.
Fill in the form or call the Circulation Desk at x3768
Place your reservation
- No more than one week before use
- No less than 5pm the day before
Reservations are limited to 4 consecutive hours.
Empty rooms/labs are available to faculty, students or staff who need them. You must relinquish the room/lab to anyone with a posted reservation.
Reservation information for the current day will be posted on the door of each room.
